President Maduro
condemned the violent outcome of university student’s protests in several
cities yesterday. According
to the Agencia Venezeolana de Noticias he also argued that he is now facing “a
coup d’état against Venezuelan democracy.”
Maduro blamed the
violence on “a small group of leaders that are irresponsible, violent, full of
hatred and personal ambitions, and that are financed from the United States of
North America by neo-fascist groups.”
