Here is one of Venezuela's top conspiracy theorists telling us he believes plausible that the “Chinese Virus” was a strategy to promote mail voting, and thus stage the “greatest fraud in the history of humanity.” His evidence? “I believe progressives are capable of anything. They forged a coup d'état against the best US President since Lincoln.”
